Q: Is it possible to have a life free of doubts and fears and what do we need to do or not to do?

A: Life is a succession of events, from which we achieve spiritual maturity. To doubt is only a method of the consciousness that helps us to understand things better, that is to say: The inner and outer reality.

If we have inner doubts, spirituality promises to free us from all those doubts through the real understanding of the meaning of the intrinsic way of life. Which is to live in order to realize Love. And then, doubts and unhappiness are transformed into the virtue of faith and the personal relationship with Love, which means, with God.

This is fundamental and crucial but is not a magic act that assures a life with no problems or difficulties. That is unreal and we have to understand that the human being is always very close to pain and suffering. And this is because of the nature of the mind.

Nevertheless, all those processes will be overcome, when the meaning of life is found, as far as values and morals are referred. This means that we will confront doubts, fears, etc, with enough courage and dedication to process every experience and to give our best.

To conclude: Human life will always be fragile. But when human life and the presence of Love, become one, then, all the common miseries of existence can be overcome. But not by the use of arrogance and power but by the humility of a heart that receives the grace and purity of the true and real God.

Success, misfortune, are situations and circumstances which we have to learn to locate, to control and to direct in our lives. But, it is very important to understand that we have an active and conscious participation, and not only circumstantial.
It is also a very fine and delicate responsibility, but we don’t have to think in terms of guilt but rather of opportunity.
What can we do?
We have the wonderful opportunity to make the necessary changes so that our life will be successful, that is to say, that we don’t have anything to regret or to be sorry about. But besides all this, we can reach the harmony and the progress so much wanted.
All this arises from the clarity of the thought, the sincerity of the intention and the determination of the will.
Great changes of direction and meaning in life, begin after making a balance of our feelings and thoughts and reaching balance in our conscience and peace in our heart.

There are some things in life that do not seem to be Art, but in truth, they are the origin of Art. Because if what I feel, I do not feel it deep inside, then, what am I?
If I have to paint a long path, in order to do it, my feet must hurt. If I have to paint a fire, before finishing the painting, my hands, would get burned.

Meditation can change many things, it can transform our lives and it certainly can make better persons out of us. All this is due to the fact that we can realize the Truth and this is a gradual, but very serious and consistent process. Soon, we will be discovering if we really are sincere with ourselves, if indeed we want to change, to have peace and above all, to be a source of love and inspiration.

Meditation, then, it’s directly related to self-criticism, which is a constructive process to understand ourselves and also to understand others. It is possible that in occasions we enter in contradiction, but the important thing will be of course, to find our weakest points, going beyond the superficial analysis and besides, to be able to communicate, since man often lives too much in the fantasy and he needs to have a real and practical spirituality.

Although to meditate is not properly to analyze, meditation will take us to a clearer conscience, in harmony and peace. Let’s look for in meditation not a reason for isolation but a source of universal love.

Honoring the Music. Spiritual Narration

A highly educated city wanted to honor the Music and for this purpose, requested the presence of great musicians and to make it more interesting, the Music was personified with the characteristics of the notes. The first one, of course, was the High C, followed by the whole musical staff presenting a great choreography.
Many songs, musical instruments were present and received a great ovation. It was hard to say, who was best since there were different genres from classical to the most modern. Nevertheless, there was a very wise musician in the group of organizers, who said,
” Gentlemen, you all make an extraordinary work but there is one who stands out, I don’t mean to say that it is superior but I must say that if it did not exist , we couldn’t exist either.”
“Who could it be?” the rhythm, harmony and melody were asking.
While the notes said, “That is a joke!” The instruments almost made a revolution. And what can we say of the fuss that the trumpet made.?
The piano said, ” This contest is fixed.”
But the wise musician spoke again and said,
” Gentlemen, be patient, we all know that you are very temperamental and I knew that I would produce a commotion with my words but I have invited our main guest and winner. Yes, you heard right. ” This was like throwing fire to the fire, the music, musicians, instruments looked like burning coal.
And the wise musician said again, ” Wait a moment, when I open the curtain, I will present my cousin, the winner,” He shouldn’t have said so, since he started something like the meeting of different political groups, that seemed like a mixture of fanatics. Nevertheless, the old musician did not get upset, but instead, he was smiling with gentleness, while the public was shouting, ” Tell us who it is”
And the wise musician replied, ” Gentlemen, this person has everything that you lack.” He shouldn’t have said this, because the public got more upset. But he continued, ” Gentlemen, please, be quiet. ” And a voice was heard, asking to let the wise, old musician speak. And he did and said, ” Gentlemen, he is the one who makes you be what you are. He doesn’t have to say a word, because his work is the Silence and without the Silence, there is no music.” And without saying another word, he received the greatest ovation and was chosen with great unanimity, the winner.

Happiness, has continuity only, in the study of faith; which is as large as an ocean and keeps in its depth the divine revelation. And happiness feels that there is a greater, more complete and more loving happiness, which is called joy; and is here where starts the true plenitude, the perfect science of unmatched value, that give us vision and understanding in the center of our being, because happiness is to value our being as the unique and superior capacity to Love.
